The Celf Wager is a 40-day inner work accountability container facilitated by Generational Sovereignty LLC dba Moka Medicine. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a licensed mental health program. It is a structured, self-directed growth experience anchored in nervous system regulation, identity development, subconscious reprogramming, and intentional daily practice. This is self-accountability at the sovereign level — no community required, no performance needed, no witnesses but yourcelf.
Participation requires two separate payments — a non-refundable Containment Fee and a Celf-Wager of your choosing:
Your celf-wager is returned in full plus a dollar-for-dollar match. You receive 2× your wager back. This is what happens when you show up fully for yourcelf. Source matches your energy — always.

All Moka Medicine services — including The Celf Wager — are for educational and personal development purposes only. Your check-in submissions are used solely to calculate your completion percentage and verify your wager return eligibility. The Facilitator holds the space — your privacy is sacred.
This cohort runs for 40 consecutive days from the launch date. Weekly calls meet once per week for 6 weeks. Daily practices are self-directed. The container closes on Day 40 and wager returns are processed within 30 days.

Each week introduces a new Universal Law, a new nervous system modality, a new brain science concept, and a new lens on identity. The daily practices stay consistent — the content deepens each week. This is how operating systems get updated. Not by force. By repetition. By showing up when you said you would.
The book for this container: The Game of Life and How to Play It — Florence Scovel Shinn. Pages are posted the night before each day. Two pages. Let them land. This book bridges what the Bible is saying and what universal law teaches — the same truth in different languages.
Law of Mentalism: Everything begins in the mind. All that exists in your outer world was first a thought. We start not with what you want to change — but with what you currently believe to be true. We look without judgment at the current operating system.
Breathwork: Box breathing and 4-7-8 breathing. Safe, grounding, immediately useful. The breath is always there — it is your first tool and your most reliable one.
The RAS (Reticular Activating System): Your brain filters 2 million bits of information per second down to what you notice. You only see what your RAS has been programmed to look for. Change what you're looking for — change what shows up. This is not magic. This is neuroscience.
Inner Work — The Gap: Where are you now? Where do you want to be? The distance between those two points is not a problem — it is the work. We map it clearly, without shame.
Law of Assumption (Neville Goddard): You do not attract what you want — you attract what you assume to be true about yourcelf and the world. Your current reality is a printout of past assumptions. New assumptions = new reality. We practice assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
EFT Tapping: Emotional Freedom Technique. Tapping on meridian points while speaking the truth neutralizes charged beliefs. This is a physical release — no storytelling required.
Confirmation Bias: The brain seeks evidence for what it already believes. If you believe you cannot make it, your brain will find proof. We learn to interrupt the proof-gathering and plant new evidence.
Inner Work — The Inner You vs. The Outer Story: Who is the sovereign self on the inside? Not the résumé. Not the story others tell. Who are you underneath the circumstances? This week we start to name them.
Law of Polarity: Everything has an opposite — and both ends exist on the same spectrum. Failure and success. Fear and courage. You cannot eliminate a polarity — but you can choose which end to feed. This law gives permission to stop fighting the dark and start building toward the light.
Qigong: Slow, intentional movement that moves stagnant energy. Powerful for releasing tension stored in the body. This is both martial and meditative.
Neuroplasticity: The brain can change. Neural pathways that no longer serve can be weakened. New pathways can be built — through repetition, emotion, and intention. You are not stuck. You are in rewiring season.
Inner Work — The Inner Critic: This week we address the voice that says "who do you think you are." Where did that voice come from? We do not shame the critic — we get curious about it. And we decide it no longer runs the show.
Law of Vibration: Everything is energy moving at a frequency. Your emotions are your signal to source — not your words. You can say "I want abundance" and feel "I don't deserve it" — and your vibration tells the truth every time. We learn to raise the frequency from the inside.
Somatic Release: Stored experience lives in the body. Shaking, tapping, pushing, and pressing movements discharge stored stress without requiring you to talk about the story. Safe, dignified, and profound.
The Science of Emotions: Anger only lasts 6 minutes in the body — unless you keep feeding it. Emotions are chemical events. You are not your emotion. You are the observer who decides whether to extend it.
Inner Work — Self-Sabotage: Why do we sabotage right before the breakthrough? Because success brings change — and change can feel like danger to a nervous system trained in survival. We name the fear. We trace it. We decide it doesn't run the show anymore.
Law of Correspondence: As within, so without. As above, so below. Your outer world is a mirror of your inner world — not a punishment and not a prison. It is information. What is your current outer world telling you about what you believe inside?
Somatic Movement: Grounded, accessible movement for presence and strength. Breath-led. No performance required. Framed as nervous system hygiene — because that is exactly what it is.
Thoughts as Frequencies: Every thought you think sends a frequency into your biology and your environment. Sustained thoughts become beliefs. Beliefs become behavior. Behavior becomes reality. You are always broadcasting. The question is what.
Inner Work — Vision Building: This week we build the detailed picture. Not just "I want more" — we get specific. What does the day look like? What does the sovereign version of you look like? We write it. We speak it. We feel it as if it is already true.
Law of Rhythm: Everything moves in cycles. There are seasons of growth and seasons of integration. The sovereign being who wins is not the one who is always up — it is the one who knows how to use the down cycles and does not mistake them for failure.
Breathwork Reprise: We return to where we started. Now the breath is not new — it is a tool you have been using for 40 days. We deepen. We integrate. We close the container with ceremony.
Habit Formation: At 40 days you are in the threshold — the neural pathway is real but still tender. We build a personal maintenance plan so the work does not stop when the container closes.
Closing Ceremony: Who are you on Day 40 compared to Day 1? We name it. We claim it. You speak what shifted. You acknowledge what was released and what was built. You are your own evidence.

Total session time: 30 minutes. Consistent structure every week. The content shifts — the container stays the same. Opening and closing ceremonies are 1 hour each (Day 1 and Day 40).
Arrival & Opening Breath
We arrive. A simple opening breath — 3 rounds of box breathing or 4-7-8. This is not performance — it is a signal that we are shifting from the outside world into this container. Even online, it lands.
Check-In
Where are you this week — on a scale of 1–10, and one sentence on how you are showing up. No fixing. No advice. Just witnessing. Mama Moka acknowledges each share: "I hear that. Thank you."
EFT Tapping Together
Mama Moka leads the week's EFT practice — tapping on what is present, what is resisting, what is ready to be released. Done together. Felt in real time. This is where the body catches up to what the mind has been working on all week.
Open Sharing
What came up this week — in the journal, in daily life, in the body? Mama Moka listens. She acknowledges. She uses the ask-permission model: "Can I offer something?" And she waits for a yes. She never fills the silence — the silence is doing the work.
Closing Intention
One intention for the week ahead. Present tense. Then Mama Moka closes: "You showed up. That is the work." One breath together. Session ends on time.
