This gathering exists because somatic literacy is not a luxury. Your ability to access abundance, sustain it, and stay grounded inside it is a nervous system function — not a mindset function. Most people are trying to build from a dysregulated state and wondering why nothing holds.

The work is grounded in Dr. Niki Elliott's framework — Heart Center Connections, Polyvagal Theory, Kundalini Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Therapy — and transmitted through the Moka Medicine perceptual lens.

Dr. Niki Elliott is a mindfulness practitioner, somatic educator, and architect of the Heart Center Connections framework — an integrative approach to nervous system regulation, trauma healing, and embodied leadership.
Moka trained with Dr. Elliott through Peace4Kids. What was received there is what is transmitted here — her theory, her language, her compassionate precision. This gathering is an act of passing forward what was given.

How the Gathering Works
The gathering is held on Zoom, once a month — the first Saturday of every month. Camera off is the norm. This is not a performance space. You can be in your car, in your bed, at your kitchen table. The nervous system work lands better when you are not managing how you look.
Moka teaches, shares, and holds the space. There is an optional Q&A window — you can type in chat or unmute. Your choice, always. What is shared in the room stays in the room.
Each gathering holds a different concept, a different somatic tool, a different entry point into the same thread: coming home to your celf. Becoming someone your own nervous system trusts.
The recording is available to everyone who registered — so if life happens and you cannot attend live, the medicine is still yours.
